Salomi has 17 plus years of corporate work experience across various domains and 9 years of Fitness Industry experience.
She entered Fitness Industry in 2017 and did freelance Fitness and Nutrition coach work until Nov 2020. Post that she entered into full time Fitness work coaching individually and group in settings.

During 2020 when she attended many Fitness Jobs Interviews, she not only faced rejections and less suitable offers came across due to her background and expertise. There was something a miss, a connection lost. To bridge the gap Salomi founded the Climbb.fit in order to help Fitness coaches to secure jobs and build their career, especially people entering from the corporate world.

​Climbb.fit started as a thought when she was transitioning from full time Corporate Industry to full time Fitness Industry in 2020, the vision came to a visible structure in 2022 and finally saw the light in December 2025.

Since 2017, Salomi equipped herself with a lot of international fitness certifications. Since Sep 2024, she has been a Fitness Educator teaching Women's Health & Fitness Specialist course (Postnatal, PCOD/PCOS and Menopause) with The FitClub Academy, which provides, world class, research and science based International Fitness certifications. She is also excelling in her first start up venture, onelifeonebody.fit which is providing Fitness and Nutrition online services across the globe.
